Production Capacity

Palettenwerk has implemented a modern and efficient manufacturing methodology. A fully-automated production process enables fast execution of customers’ orders. 6 modern production lines in three production halls help guarantee the execution of the largest orders as well as those with the shortest-notice. Palettenwerk’s production is organised in a manner that enables full alignment of pallet element supplies and machine operations to meet current customer orders. In view of the dynamic increase in sales, further modernisation and development of the equipment is planned.

Palettenwerk has 18 wood drying chambers, with a capacity of 70 thousand pallets per week. The drying chambers are adapted for drying using the HT system. Palettenwerk has an IPPC certificate awarded by the Wood Technology Institute, which confirms the compatibility of production processes with phytosanitary requirements valid in the European Union.
