Quality

Palettenwerk has an extensive quality control system, which guarantees stability, durability and a long life-span of the pallets manufactured by the company. The system covers controlling supplies of elements, the production process itself, and finished products.

Quality control starts on the premises of suppliers of pallet elements and serves to eliminate possible irregularities that may arise in the stage of preparing raw material for production. Pallet elements are also subject to control on entering the plant and at every post through which they proceed.

Finished products are checked by Palletenwerk’s quality control department and by external auditors. Additionally, europallets are subject to verification in terms of conformity with the UIC 435-2 standard under the EPAL license.
