ISO 9001:2000

An integrated quality management system covering all processes in a company is needed In order to ensure quality and an optimum price and time of producing pallets.

Palettenwerk has implemented a quality management system consistent with the ISO 9001:2000 standard in relation to producing pallets and wooden packing, EPAL europallets, and performing the HT process according to the ISPM 15 standard.

ISO certification means a certain level of quality of customer service has been attained, but it also makes necessary monitoring of phenomena in a company systematically, which leads to improving all procedures therein.
